TMS

The need to control and manage a growing number of devices from a remote location has become a necessity.
The TMS system is capable of achieving all of your needs with room for expansion.

The need to manage and control remotely a multimedia environment is strongly felt, especially when the number of devices to manage is numerous and require complex configurations .
Not being able to assets and generalize the quantity and type of the necessary devices to control an environment, common experience has shown us that all necessary functions that are normally performed in management scenarios, are does of buttons, IR remote controls, volume levels, RS232 Serial Ports and IP addresses.
For these reasons we have design a system that is capable of managing functions like buttons, switches, remote controls, etc.
These functions that were once controlled via serial cable are now managed by TCP/IP.
The MCA group has developed a system capable of managing any kind of system going from motorized monitors to electronic locks.
The TMS functions thanks to the possibility of installing it self in a cascade manor on a 10/100 LAN.
Every TMS is capable of implementing a series of specialized operations like relay controls, remote control emulation, digital dimmers, purely digital appliances.
During the project phase of the system that will manage the environment it will be possible to specify the number of TMS units according to the actual number of devices than need to be controlled and access via remote.

LCD503

Once the entire system is configured it can be managed by a custom made software that runs on Windows O.S.
Comunication takes place on the LAN with TCP/IP and the system can be interfaced to one or more local units called 'LCD503', that are installed in place of traditional wall mounted switches or in custom made racks that allow the control of the room even in absence of a LAN connection.

Having a customizable LCD display with rear lighting, the 'LCD503' interface constitutes a functional and easy solution.
MCA offers a modular solution that saves money, delegating most of the work to the two units allowing to fully utilize all the potential of the system, instead of wasting resource like other products do, by centralizing most of the logic, our system delegates the electrical port.

IRCTRL

Management of devices like VHS recorders, light projectors and DVD players is normally done with IR remote control.
To allow these devices to be integrated with the TMS system MCA has developed the IRCTRL module that allows the emulation of up to 4 remote controls with 16 functions each. This module is directly controlled by the TMS or LCD503 though the RS232 serial cable.
Expandability is guaranteed by the assignment of a RS485 address via a DIP switch so to allow up to 4 IRCTRL modules.
